This insanity happened across the street from my house yesterday afternoon. To say this vehicle "met with an accident" is quite the understatement. My compound is next to one of Doha's last great speed tracks. One section of the road (perhaps 2km in length) is free of any of those pesky traffic cameras or round-abouts to slow you down. I walked around this crash site last night to get a better look and am very surprised this driver survived.

YOUTH HURT IN CRASH: The wreck of a four-wheel drive vehicle that met with an accident near the Qatar Scientific Club in Messaimeer yesterday.
